Zemco Tool & Die has a history of developing engineered solutions for your production problems.  Whether it be designing a part, a tool, or an automated process, Zemco Tool & Die can help.

 

We have 6 CAD/CAM workstations running  SolidWorks, CadKey, and MasterCam for design and NC interface.  Our tool design capabilities range from small welding  fixtures to progressive stamping dies and injection molds.  We have the knowledge to design control circuits for automated equipment utilizing PLC's, pneumatics, relay logic, and any combination thereof.

 

Beyond our design capabilities, Zemco Tool & Die has the experience to modify or re-condition your existing machinery, dies, and molds to improve efficiency and productivity.   We have the ability and capacity to replicate your processes and perform run-offs in our facility to demonstrate the process improvements.
