Zemco Tool & Die offers an array of metal services, ranging from metal slitting to high-speed stamping and fabrication.

 

Our slitting facility is designed to handle your bulk materials, and transform them into a usable media for your process.  We offer packaging options with both pancake and traverse wound reels.  We can handle materials of almost any type up to .062” in thickness, and widths up to 8.5”, and oscillated coil size of up to 1000 lbs.

 

 

 

 

Zemco Tool & Die specializes in high-speed, close tolerance stamping with progressive dies.  We utilize ten stamping presses that can run at speeds up to 2200 spm and up to 60 tons of pressure.  We are capable of efficiently running your projects, regardless of volume.   We can run parts on your tooling, or design and build a duplicate to run parallel to your processes.  We have the expertise to take your problem dies, modify and condition them, and put them into service for you.

 

Zemco Tool & Die also offers an assortment of fabrication services.  They include forming, sawing, drilling, and welding.  We employ AWS certified welders, capable of all standard processes on a wide range of materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, chromoly, titanium, and others. Our fabrication department is designed for modular set-ups to promote efficiency gains on larger jobs.
