Zemco Tool & Die has grown around our strengths in the tooling industry, for tools ranging from small weld fixtures, to progressive stamping dies, to injection molds.  We are a full service tooling shop offering design, build, repair, modification, re-conditioning, and run-off operations.

 

Our toolmakers have gone through an 8,000 or 10,000 hour Pennsylvania State Apprenticeship.  Our equipment list includes, but is not limited to:  3 EDM machines, contour grinders, jig grinders, surface grinders, vertical mills, and turning lathes.   We also offer heat treat capabilities for our tooling operations.  Our tool room works parallel to our CNC production shop on a three shift schedule, and will share resources as required to meet customer needs.

 

We stock a variety of tool steels and carbon steels in an array of sizes and shapes, and have access to many more to complete your projects to your specifications.
