Zemco Tool & Die has grown around our strengths in the tooling industry, for tools ranging from small weld fixtures, to progressive stamping dies and injection molds. We are a full service tooling shop offering design, build, repair, modification, re-conditioning, and run-off applications. Our toolmakers have gone through an 8,000 or 10,000 hour Pennsylvania State Apprenticeship. Our equipment list includes but is not limited to: 3 EDM machines, contour grinders, jig grinders, vertical mills, and turning lathes. Our tool room works parallel to our CNC production shop on a three shift schedule, and will share resources as required to meet customer needs.
